Julius is a native of Henry County, Missouri, and has been practicing law in Clinton since 1960. After graduating from Central Missouri State University in Warrensburg, Missouri, he served two years in the United States Army, including one year in Korea. He then entered the University of Missouri, Columbia, School of Law, receiving a JD degree with Honor of the Order of the Coif. Julius focuses his practice on estate planning, probate and estate administration, real estate law, and elder law.
Julius is a member of the First Baptist Church of Clinton, a past president of Ducks Unlimited, Inc. and Ducks Unlimited de Mexico, and past member of the Board of Directors of these conservation organizations, as well as Ducks Unlimited, Canada. He is currently a board member of the Missouri Conservation Heritage Foundation and the Truman Lake Community Foundation.
Julius and his wife, Sally, have three daughters and five grandchildren, and he enjoys hunting, fishing and travelling.
